In private practice, Naomi has represented a wide range of businesses, from start-ups to multinational corporations, advising on corporate transactions, strategic alliances, business succession and restructurings. Her business advisory services include navigating due diligence, drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, and managing the intricacies of succession planning.
